Shifting our mindset is often the most difficult part of our wellness journey. Kendall Strampell quickly realized this while she was working multiple fast-food jobs, attending college for fitness and nutrition, beginning her online personal trainer business all the while fighting her own disordered eating habits.

Despite all of the hard work with her exercise and nutrition she suffered from a negative mindset, ultimately manifesting as anorexia and orthorexia behaviors. Unwilling to accept this as the life she wanted to build for herself, she took to Instagram to make a change. A change for her own health and wellness but more importantly to change the way other young women used social media by creating a community to serve them and improve the mindset of thousands.
