You can have ALL the help and support in the world, but if you don’t THINK you do, you’re going to feel stressed and overwhelmed. Likewise, you can have one person in your support bubble, and feel TOTALLY supported if you value them and let them help you. We’re going to try out a gratitude practice to help reframe how you see those situations where you feel stressed and anxious – and learn how to trust the resources you have.
