Judith Glendinning (GJ to me) is my grandma and a world traveler. At age 83 she has been able to avoid pharmaceutical drugs and maintain a healthy lifestyle of travel, exercise, and has kept up with the trends. Through her grandchildren she continues to learn more about the younger generation and she is never afraid to continue learning and trying to engage her brain.
An avid traveler and once a member of the peace corps, she has experienced travel to Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America, as well as Europe.
She is a wealth of knowledge and I am happy to call her my grandmother and to have her on my podcast.
