In this episode, I talk to Dan Goldfield, a mindfulness coach who’s meditated for over 29,000 hours, studied with a monk mentor for 5 years, and now transfers all his knowledge and experience to his students.
After being a professional drummer for 25 years and touring Europe with his band, Dan’s body began to betray him due to large amounts of physical and mental stress. In an effort to solves these issues, Dan went down a path of mental discipline and spirituality, which ended up changing the trajectory of his life and career.
Today, we talk about the power of no-mind, how ego can be both your friend and your foe, and the tight-knit relationship between mindfulness and money.
