The Mind Body Toolkit with Dr. Kim D’Eramo

In this episode we welcome, Dr. Kim D’Eramo; a physician, Bestselling Author of the MindBody Toolkit, and Founder of the American Institute of Mind Body Medicine. Kim became fascinated with the topic of Mind Body Medicine and Spirituality when she had an awakening as a teenager which inspired her to become a physician in order to share the truth about how our thoughts, mindset and emotions directly impact our bodies and health.

While in medical school at The University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kim developed a strange illness with severe joint and back pain, headaches, weight gain, aches and chills all over and severely low energy. The medical community continuously told her “nothing was wrong” or she was prescribed antidepressants. Eventually she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.

By tuning in to her own energy field, Kim was able to see exactly what was keeping her in diminished health. She followed her own inner knowing and the illness resolved within days.

Kim’s has now dedicated her career to help shift consciousness and promote healing through MindBody Medicine and the body’s ability to heal itself.
