Episode 386: Hrönn Jónsdóttir

Hrönn works in hand knitting and design. As a young girl, Hrönn was the tallest and biggest of her peers which led to decades of emotional eating. By 2016, she was 245 pounds. She discovered IF but didn’t know about the clean fast. As a result, she gave up on fasting because it felt too hard.

In July of 2022, Hrönn had a moment of clarity and decided it was time to take control of her health. She found Fast Feast Repeat and learned the science of the clean fast. Hrönn has lost 65 pounds. Her plantar fasciitis is gone, her emotional eating has calmed, and she trusts her body.

Hrönn’s advice: Let IF be a journey. Don’t strive for perfection. Accept that IF might take time. Connect with your future self and implement those habits now.
