078 Starting Solids With Your Breastfeeding Baby

“Honey, the pediatrician suggested we can start solid foods with our little guy.  I am kind of excited!  This is all new stuff for us!” 

“Honey, that is so great!  Can we give him cookies?” 

“Honey, our little guy does not need cookies to be his first food.  But you do have a good point – the pediatrician didn’t really specify how I should start or what kinds of foods I should start with.  I don’t really even know how much I should give him!  Oh no!  This is becoming scary!”
