In this episode I talk about a change I made to my diet and why, I am sure you have guessed by the title, this was reducing sugar. I discuss the symptoms I have which relate to that of diabetes however I am not a diabetic. I explain what I did and how this impacted symptoms. I also explore the link to not being able to drink alcohol.
