Living with Long covid Reducing Sugar...but I love cake
In this episode I talk about a change I made to my diet and why, I am sure you have guessed by the title, this was reducing sugar. I discuss the symptoms I have which relate to that of diabetes however I am not a diabetic. I explain what I did and how this impacted symptoms. I also explore the link to not being able to drink alcohol.
Many of you may relate to my symptoms and findings, I would state if you are thinking off making any changes to your diet please speak with your health care professional.
