We’re all trying to do our best and trying to feel our best, and often women are desperate to feel better so they will try almost anything.This includes supplements they read about online or see in-store, over the counter. But just because a health practitioner talks about a supplement online doesn’t mean this will be helpful for YOU.
And just because something is sold over the counter doesn’t mean it can’t be harmful. There’s so much out there that people think are, not only benign, but HELPFUL - and this isn’t always the case.
