Mark Neild started his career as a helicopter pilot. He completed an MBA, and worked in telecom and consulting before taking a year off to build his own business in New Zealand. He also teaches at the University of Bristol.
In our conversation we explore his journey towards entrepreneurship, the dependency of mindset and culture and how he teaches students and job seekers to innovate and build businesses.
