Chris says there’s a lot of gold in the data, you just have to know where to look. While data has always helped drive the hotel business, the most recent iteration – from transformational to real-time data is the most recent shift in their business model. While Hilton is just beginning its data and analytics journey, Chris said the potential for data to help drive customer service, sales, and events is almost limitless.
