We also talk about how to flex our training when life is getting busy, and also how we’re coping with shorter days and darker evenings and mornings. While we get ourselves a bit cross and shouty here, don’t be put off and listen right through to the end for the mother of all emails – in terms of fun pod stories, we believe we have a gold medallist.
