The first month after I started my farm and brought home my first milk cows, I realized there was no way I could get it all done! By "all," I mean the milking process, working with customers, feeding my family, and driving my daughter to basketball practice and games six days a week. It was physically, humanly impossible for me to run the farm all by myself! I hired my first employees and then began the process of learning by experience what NOT to do and what works best.
