This week we have MY SISTER JESSICA IOVINE on the show!!!

To know me at all is to know my devotion and insane love for my older sister. She and I talk ten times a day every day for hours on end--even though we live in the same city. She is the yin to my yang, my best friend on this planet, and has been my North Star since the day I was born. 

Jessica calls me out on evvverrrrryyytthing, is fiercely protective, and has coached me through every single crisis big or small I’ve ever been through in life. She’s a Marriage and Family Therapist with a powerful Scorpio rising. She is insanely smart and has expansive knowledge regarding human psychology and the complexities of our relationships.

Like many sisters, Jessica and I are insanely similar - but also very different. Unfortunately, one of the ways we’re very similar is the sound of our voice, which confuses everyone in our lives--including my boyfriend of seven years as we were editing this episode. 

She is strong, mysterious, charming, and creative. She also happens to be the greatest older sister of all time and SO much of who I am is a direct result of her love. 

You’ll hear us talk about our childhood, the ways we’re different and the ways we’re similar, our relationships with our bodies, the parts of us that are still under construction.
