This experiential class will briefly recount the history of breath prayers from the Psalms, through the New Testament, to today, and then focus on experiencing this type of prayer. Participants will "pray with all kinds of prayers and requests" and explore what it means to "pray without ceasing" as a method of training for spiritual formation.
