And that was probably the biggest takeaway from my conversation with Matthew Hussey. For Matthew, he has been living with anxiety (which I can relate to) that he just accepted as that was the way it was. Then he had a lightbulb moment that changed everything for him. He was able to heal his emotional patterns and get to the root of what was really holding him back so he could enjoy the fruits of his labor.
In this Behind the Scenes episode, I’ll share with you what my mess was that was holding me back for years and how I finally cleaned up that mess so that you can do the same!

Your life is happening NOW… so confront whatever your thing is that’s holding you back today. You don’t have to wait for the perfect time, income, career, relationships, etc… before you look in the mirror and ask yourself what messes do we need to clean up?
