Bio:

Since 2009, Jon has been immersed in residential real estate. He now runs Expert Real Estate Advisors with Eddy Workinger after building a team at Remax and Keller Williams. They focus on investment properties, including buy-and-hold real estate, fix-and-flip, and small development projects, particularly in Florida. They have completed over 2,000 traditional RE transactions and over 250 flips, owning 64 single-family homes and a 30-unit apartment complex, with four development projects nearing completion. Their goal is to increase their flips from 30 to 50-60 annually.
