This week's guest is Haili Hughes, who will be answering the question: how can new teachers work best with their mentors? Haili  is Head of Education at IRIS Connect and Senior Lecturer and Teacher Development Mentor Lead at the University of Sunderland. She is also a former English teacher, Head of Department and Senior Leader who has mentored new teachers and ITT students for over fifteen years. She has written a range of excellent books, including 'Mentoring in Schools'.
