Bert Broadhead has worked for a number of leading firms from DTZ, Rockspring as well as Och-Ziff Capital Management before setting up Alterx in 2014 as a ‘value investor’ focused on the Western European real estate market.   Today, the business operates in three countries and controls over 2m sqft of commercial assets and over 30,000 residential plots.
