What Are The Bible's Instructions Regarding Meditation?

Does the Bible condone, support or condemn the practice of meditation?  As we see in the scriptures we examine in this podcast, the Bible encourages - almost commands - that we practice meditation but in a slightly different form than what we see practiced by the Eastern Religions today.
