Amanda Tiberi is a Lyme Warrior and founder of Grab A Spoon Wellness, a platform to share her story battling chronic illness as well as take on clients and help them succeed in their wellness journey. Tiberi's practice is based on clean nutrition and detoxing the body of toxins such as mold which can contribute to chronic pain - her weekly regimen includes eating for her genetic makeup, salt baths, and a strict supplement routine.
