When you test a knee, shoulder, ankle or any joint or muscle range of movement (ROM), what are you actually looking for?

Obviously you look for the actual ROM and measure it in degrees...

Before confirming this to the opposite side, right?

But this is not the only thing you should be looking at!

And avoid giving generic treatments and rehab to your patients, like 9 out of 10 new grads!
