21. From manual forms and pay phones, to RPA and AI. Stories from a Title Insurance Veteran.

When Tim Padgett got started in the Title Insurance Industry, things looked very different to what they do today.

He would spend his day driving from courthouse to courthouse, reading through property title files, filling manual forms, recording documents, calling back to the office using a payphone (remember those?)... and then getting together at the local bars where all the industry key players would be; The Attorneys, the Abstractors, the Brokers, Clerks, etc.

36 years later, he is still in the industry, but his job looks very different.

He has a Consulting Firm and he helps Companies in the Real Estate Industry build, expand or improve their Title Insurance Practice, while he leverages cutting edge technology to improve the process for all stakeholders through automation powered by RPA or AI, or other available techniques.
