Who is Dr. Steven Gundry?
Dr. Steven Gundry is a renowned heart surgeon, celebrity doctor, medical researcher and a New York Times best-selling author. Dr. Gundry worked in medicine for over 40 years. In 2002 Gundry abandoned his career as a cardiothoracic surgeon to establish The Center for Restorative Medicine, claiming to have discovered some unconventional truths about human nutrition.
