Today we are joined by Teofe Ziemnicki on Episode 21 of The Hawkin Podcast.

Teofe is currently the Head of Sports Science at Teambuildr, the leading software for strength and conditioning coaches. He has previously worked as the Director of Sports Science and Analytics / Assistant Strength Coach at Yale University where he was responsible for tracking progression among athletes. Additionally working as the Head Strength Coach for 6 varsity teams at the university, as well as the Sports Performance Assistant with the football team. Teofe obtained his Master’s Degree from Eastern Kentucky University in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Teofe’s research is focused on innovating the process in which strength and conditioning coaches are able to break down data and easily implement it into workout plans to help athletes reach their highest potential.
