In this week’s Strength Chat, I was joined by an athlete and coach who has competed in strongman, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, Brittany Diamond. Having competed in such a variety of strength sports, it was great to hear the lessons that Brittany had learnt from them all and how she has applied those lessons to her own training, but also to the work she does with her clients.
