In this Saturday's Minisode, I'm talking about a book called 'You Are A Badass: How To Stop Doubting Your Greatness & Start Living An Awesome Life' by the fabulous Jen Sincero.
This book really is one of my favourites, and it's also one that I go back to time again when I'm in need of a bit of inspiration or a kick up the ar*e. Jen Sincero is a brilliant, bright, funny, cool, down-to-earth American woman who went from living in a converted garage at the age of 40, to living a life of her dreams.
