About our guest: Kat Nantz is a trauma informed Somatic Sex & Relationship Coach who believes you are your own greatest healer, and her job is to bring you home to the wisdom that lives in your body. After having 17 surgeries as a young child, spending years being led out of her body and being objectified in medical settings, she had a powerful realization that her greatest healing would occur when she landed in her body and listened. As a disabled mama, facilitator and coach, Kat has a unique approach that empowers folks through building somatic embodied awareness, and honouring the body's capacity to heal through pleasure and play.
