Greg is the owner of Catalyst Athletics, coach of the USA Weightlifting National champion team, and author of a couple of books including his latest, Tough: Building True Mental, Physical, & Emotional Toughness For Success & Fulfillment which is one of the best books i’ve read in the past two years. Greg is most widely known for his world class coaching success which includes 30 national level lifters, national champions, and national record holders. Something most people don’t know about Greg is that he founded the 4th ever CrossFit gym back in 2005.
