Recently, I had the opportunity to talk developing baseball players with Chris Ham on an Instagram live. Chris has a unique background being an athletic trainer, and he shares with us his evaluation protocols that he utilizes so that he can best “bucket” his athletes. He then discusses the relationship between S and C and ATC’s and how to enhance that relationship to make sure are all all working to better the athlete together. We finish off discussing the implementation of VBT with baseball players.
