Tom Weksler is an accomplished teacher, dancer, martial arts practitioner, and lover of all forms of acrobatic disciplines.

Returning for the 50th episode, Tom discusses his interest in maintaining coherence across all levels of his work and practice.  He shares about his playful approach towards skills and skill development.  He also talks about pedagogy, and the value he places on what students will create, not what he thinks they should create.  And, he articulates his desire for more metaphors and empathy, and less team choosing.
