Our guest today is Dr. Jaime Tartar. She earned her PhD at the University of Florida and completed a postdoc at Harvard where she studied the neurobiology of sleep and earned a certificate in Sleep Medicine from the Division of Sleep Medicine. Her daytime gig is a Full Professor at NSU Florida. In addition, she has ventured into the new field of sports neuroscience. Drs. Tartar and Antonio are the co-founders of the Society for Neurosports.

Anthony Ricci EdD earned his doctorate at the University of Western States, Portland Oregon. He is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) for the Association of Applied Sport Psychology as well as a Fellow of the ISSN. As a certified mixed martial arts conditioning coach, he has worked with many of the top athletes in the Fight Sports. He is the lead author of the ISSN Position Stand on the Fight Sports.
