Matt Clifford is the Sheriff of Ada County and came to speak about unique aspects of the office's training program, the proactive nature of their deputies, leadership culture in the office, and more. He was joined by his chief data analyst Chris Saunders who revised and runs their bias training program. As always, it was a great conversation. Enjoy!
