Orange Carrot Smoothie: Freeze ½ banana and ½ orange ahead of time. Use a high powered blender to blend ½ cup milk of choice, ½ frozen banana, ½ frozen orange, 1 roughly chopped carrot, ½ oz (~ 7) walnuts, 1 tsp chia seeds, ¼ tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp honey (optional).
