Michael Hayles started at the very bottom, and took over his first company at 21 years of age, due to seeing an opportunity that was there for the taking.

His first 20 years of running businesses within the domestic and commercial construction industry, taught him lifelong transferable skills. He has employed hundreds of people over the years and the communication skills that this imparts is invaluable. Working at the highest level within the London corporate and commercial construction world is a lesson in itself.

He is a traveler and a lover of people. At this moment he's down in LATAM helping bring Colombian’s, Digital Nomad, and Expats together in the beautiful city of Medellin.
