Ioana Marinescu, Assistant Professor of Economics at the Penn School of Social Policy & Practice, joins host Dan Loney to discuss her recent B-School Seminar presented to congressional staffers that focuses on examining the challenges and economic implications of a Universal Basic Income program in the United States, drawing on new research from existing programs such as the Alaska Permanent Fund.
