So many lawyers are stressed and burned out, sadly so. And part of the reason is they are tired of the unnecessary conflict that often occurs between lawyers. We are hired to solve problems for our clients, to find solutions; but sometimes the "fighting" gets in the way.

Part of the stress we feel as lawyers comes from unprofessional and discourteous behaviors by opposing counsel, and our response to them. Together we can make our profession a more fulfilling career.
