Sean interviews Brandon, a breathwork and men’s work coach. Brandon shares the stories that led to his coaching choices and career. He explains the experience of transient hypofrontality in his sessions, which Sean swears by as nothing short of revelatory. They also discuss breathing through relationships, including healthily navigating their endings. 

Brandon Groux is a certified Revelation Breathwork facilitator and coach in the relationship space, helping people get back on their feet after a breakup. When people are ready, he helps them courageously step back into the dating world with the necessary tools to find and keep healthy love. He works with all people but has a deep passion for men’s work and men's emotional health. He leads a men’s group in the Single on Purpose community as well as men’s retreats. He is also the co-founder of One Aether (pronounced ETHER), a health and wellness company that uses movement and breathwork to build connection in community.
