71. What’s coming next from the US SEC?

Several major open files on the SEC’s regulatory proposal agenda are expected to see updates in the coming weeks. The Long-Short welcomes back AIMA’s Daniel Austin, Director of US Policy and Regulation in Washington D.C., who gives a timely update on the SEC’s Dealer Rule proposal and Treasury Clearing proposal, while also providing the latest on AIMA’s legal challenge to the Private Fund Advisor Rule.
