While scrolling IG I came across Marnix’s story and it stopped me in my tracks. He was chatting about how sitting on a park bench for a year made him a better photographer.

So Immediately I reached out to him because I wanted to hear more! I have been practicing meditation (on and off) for two decades and I have experienced the benefits of having a calm mind during stressful moments and how it can help us be more creative and perform better.
