GRATITUDE

Sadness, anger, depression, anxiety, pain, hurt, loneliness, bitterness and every other kind of negative emotions are the direct opposite of gratitude.

Life can be messy, difficult and painful, you look arround and it seems you are the only one having it hard, why does it seems like everyone else have it together except me, why does it look like everyone else is happy except me.
