In this episode, I sit down with Joe Gonzales, founder of the Brooklyn Stroll Club, for a candid conversation about fatherhood. Joe talks about his experience with new fatherhood, realizing he needed community, and how he created it for himself and other first-time dads. Joe opens up about becoming more vulnerable as a dad, why men get praised for doing the bare minimum, and what it really looks like to support your partner through pregnancy and postpartum. We also get into millennial dads changing the narrative around fatherhood, the mental health crisis men are facing, and why every parent should be able to leave the house without leaving a single note for their partner.
