He works with individuals and teams, accessing the Enneagram as a tool for creativity and collaboration. Through his teaching and coaching, he focuses on supporting people as they bring awareness to their unique attention patterns. With the Enneagram as a map, Michael offers tools and guidance to people and organizations who are willing to step into more conscious ways of living and working.
