We complete our trilogy on the origins of the phenomenon with a discussion of the Interdimensional or "Ultraterrestrial" Hypothesis. Naturally, we discuss Vallee and Keel and where we can go next with the discovery of this phenomenon's origin. Yet, we have to address the situation in Peru and Brazil where there are reports of violent alien attacks.
