This week Kat (@kat.defatta) has fellow therapist, author, and exceptional human John Eldredge on the show. John wrote the amazing book, Wild at Heart which is a BEAUTIFUL invitation for men to heal from some of the wounds of generalized "masculinity." In this conversation John and Kat talk about the differences men and woman have experienced as they have both attempted to survive the pandemic. John agues that "though a woman’s need for social connection and relationship is often considered greater than their male counterpart’s, the loss of traditional male-to-male support systems due to the pandemic is playing a major role in the loss of heart and mental health in men today."
