About our guest: Meet Aaron Hines—devoted husband, father of two, visionary entrepreneur, and three-time Amazon bestselling author. Residing just west of Nashville in the charming town of Bellevue, Tennessee, Aaron lives with his wife, Amanda, and their sons, Lincoln and Stetson. His life is a testament to the power of dedication and hard work.

Aaron's athletic career began in high school football and extended into college where he played both offensive and defensive lines at Lambuth University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Tennessee at Martin and a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University.

For the past eight years, Aaron has been the driving force behind Premier Performance Training in Brentwood, TN.
