In this episode, Dr. Wayne Dyer elaborates on two key elements of a successful and happy life: freedom and happiness. He further illustrates that freedom and happiness are essentially achieved from within. 

According to Dr. Dyer, one of his most significant priorities in life is the ability to enjoy it, that is, to go through life and enjoy it. In other words, he believes that having the courage be yourself and to pursue your own dreams no matter what anyone says is the greatest freedom you can have. 

As E.E. Cummings once said, “To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else—means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting.” Ultimately, he affirms that you can be the person you aspire to become, for you are the master of your own fate.
