He is a computer scientist and an electrical engineer, master coach/therapist, and has been an IT Industry management leader for the past 25+ years. He has introduced Yoga-principles in the academic and corporate world at all levels of management. He has brought Yoga to the tennis courts, executive boardrooms, mental health facilities, and senior centers. He is an invited motivational speaker and an avid tennis player.
Prashant and his wife Manju Joshi, E RYT-500, YACEP, C-IAYT founded Gurukul, LLC, A Science of Living Institution in 2000, with a vision to simplify and demystify life management, and a mission to serve all ages and create friends of Yoga (Yoga-Mitra) bringing harmony, health, and happiness.
