ICYMI, A Bonus Rant: Screw Expectations And Comparison, Live On Your Own Timelines
Welcome to today’s ICYMI, where we kick off the week with a quick game-changing tip from one of our episodes that you might have missed.
Welcome to your late 20s/early 30s, where no one knows WTF they’re doing, and everyone is in a wildly different life stage. One friend is having a baby, while the other is newly single. One is a successful serial entrepreneur, while the other quit their job to travel the world. There’s no right way to adult, but it sure is easy to compare our timelines to what everyone else is doing… even if that’s not exactly what we want.
We’re throwing it to a bonus mini-episode/motivational rant/rallying cry for all those feeling pressure to adhere to societal milestones and timelines. This is your reminder to live life on your own terms, and to take each leap when you’re actually ready for it.
