Lindsay interviews the incredible Tina Hegna, Owner of three Burn Boot Camp fitness franchises, a CPA, personal trainer and “mompreneur.” Married to her high school sweetheart and now a mom of three boys and a dog, Tina talks about how she’s maintained and sustained her long-term relationship of 20 years through numerous and hugely differing seasons of life - grade school to college, death, military, major moves, kids, business ownership and a few total career changes - often challenges which can make-or-break relationships. She talks about how she’s learned to communicate more effectively, drop many previous notions around traditional marital roles and expectations, and take personal responsibility for her own health and happiness in order to better serve her family and community.
